Having problems viewing the uploaded webinar. Works fine for approx 6 minutes, then stops with a reloading icon displayed but failed to resume after waiting more than 10 minutes.

This is fixed now. Apparently the FLV version on the CDN was corrupted. I refreshed it, and after I cleared my browser cache, it plays.

Please provide more information, like what browser and os you are on and what error message you are seeing and if you are in SWAN or not.

The mp4 downloads fine on my browser.

Invest in a better microphone. Sound quality is awful.

Hmm... I didn't hear anything that was new here at all. Same old stuff, words with no substance and nothing at all to make it easier for the general public to understand the concepts.
Not surprised at all though. I have been in the business since 1984 and every year there are a few dozen of new ways to tell us the same thing... but this time, no new ways at all.
Ok I admit it... I didn't see the whole thing... fell asleep after less than half of it...
